Purchase or Fleet a new Hilti tool listed below, then turn in your old, comparable Hilti or competitor tool, regardless of condition to receive your trade-in voucher.** Use the trade-in voucher to help lower the price you pay on a future order of Hilti consumables, inserts, tools or accessories.

Tool trade-in eligibility

  • Traded in tool must be comparable to the new tool purchased or added to a Fleet agreement
  • Competitor tools and Hilti tools (Fleet or purchase offers)
  • Working or broken

Trading in your old tool

  1. Call 1-800-879-8000 (U.S.) or 1-800-363-4458 (Canada).
  2. Purchase or fleet a qualifying tool.
  3. Receive a pre-paid shipping label via e-mail or fax from Hilti.
  4. Box up trade-in tool and affix pre-paid shipping label.
  5. Give packaged trade-in tool to your shipper.
  6. Credit (trade-in) voucher will be issued once Hilti receives your qualifying trade-in tool.

  • You will receive one credit (trade-in) voucher via email for all qualifying tools traded in
  • Place a new order with Hilti
  • Give your credit (trade-in) voucher to your Hilti representative at time of purchase

Customer can redeem one (1) Trade-in voucher per order, may be used only one time and any remaining unused value will be discarded. Past orders do not qualify. Trade-in offer is only valid for Hilti customers with a credit-approved account in good standing. Voucher can only be used on Hilti credit accounts and cannot be used be used with cash accounts.
