One Day Turnaround
We guarantee your repair will be in and out of the repair center in one day to help you avoid project delays or excessive administration and tool replacement costs.
Repair Pickup
Experience a faster and easier repair process with our repair pick-up service. Simply schedule a pickup for as early as the next business day from your office or warehouse location.
Fast Tool Exchange
Minimize downtime by replacing eligible Fleet or in-Warranty items such as batteries, chargers, select power tools and accessories at a Hilti Store location or through Customer Service. Some limitations apply.
Repair Cost Limit
To ensure cost predictability, Hilti offers a Repair Cost Limit for all tools. Typically, this limit is set at 33% of the price of a new tool. However, if the calculated Repair Cost Limit is less than $100, the repair cost will be capped at $100.
